My First Cake Pop Making Experience!

Hello my little Sprinkles sweets! Everybody knows how much I love to whip up sweet bath and body treats.  Sometimes, and it’s very rare, I decide to whip up some sweet treats in the kitchen.  Mr. Sprinkle and I were invited to a Christmas Party, I was off work from my regular 8-5 job so I had some extra time over the holidays to whip up something for the party.  I wanted to try something new, so I scoured the internet and decided after some deliberation that I was going to try my hand at Cake Pops.  Sweet cake on a stick, I mean how can you go wrong with that?! HELLO! I found a FABulously sweet blog tutorial by The Sweets Bar on Cake Pops, you can visit it here, totally step by step (yes, that's what I need) and totally EASY! BINGO, I'm in!

After deciding what it was I was doing, the next decision was what flavor? Oh geez, the choices! My mind was spinning! I finally decided on Dark Chocolate cake with Vanilla frosting and topped them off with crushed peppermints (it's the holiday season you know).

I followed The Sweets Bar sweet instructions to a tee, I highly recommend these instructions for fool proof Cake Pops!   These Cake Pops are totally decadent and yummy!  I don't splurge on desserts too much but when I do I want them to be splurge worthy and these are definetely splurge worthy! Anybody that knows me knows that I have a sweet tooth, actually every tooth in my mouth is sweet, I'm pretty confident of it. So, trust me when I say something is rich, you better believe it! So, I'm saying it, these are rich! I could only eat one and believe me, that is saying something.  Truly delightful with a big tall glass of cold milk! Yum!  Check out my creation below.

My sweet thoughts on my first Cake Pop experience.  These are truly a delightful treat, time consuming and only something I would make for a special occasion.So, will I make them again? You betcha!  Speaking of special occasions, you know that Valentines Day is quickly approaching and of course that got me thinking back to these sweet Cake Pops.  Think how sweet these would be with a Red Velvet Cake Mix, Cream Cheese Frosting, dipped in vanilla almond bar and sprinkled with some Valentines Day sprinkles! I think my sweet co-workers would love them!

We've done it again, yep that's right new flavors/fragrances added to the flavor bar.  We've added some manly scents for that sweet man in your life as well as some more earthy scents.  We think you are going to love them!
Amber Romance	A rich combination of amber, African vanilla, and musk with a faint undertone of black cherry. Truly romantic and utterly delightful!
Australian Bamboo Grass	This creative fragrance begins with top notes of fresh lime, mint, and ozone; balanced with middle notes of French lavender, and well-rounded with a nice base note of white musk. You will be in heaven!
Cool Water for Men	Cool Water is classified as a refreshing, spicy, lavender, ambery fragrance. This masculine scent possesses a blend of lavender, jasmine, oakmoss, musk and sandalwood.
Curve For Men	Curve is classified as a refreshing, spicy, lavender, amber fragrance. This masculine scent possesses a blend of fresh greens, warm wind, pepper, and finishing with mahogany and water.
Fresh Cut Grass	Aroma of freshly cut green grass.  Surprisingly delightful. Give a try, you'll be glad you did!
Rice Flowers & Shea	This soul-soothing fragrance has top notes of ozony sea water, crushed ginger root, and anise leaves.  Middle notes of coconut milk and rice flower; and sits on base notes of amber, musk, and sandalwood.
Very Sexy for Men	A spicy citrus blend, has top notes of pink lime, bergamot leaves, and tangerine. Middle notes of cinnamon bark, limewood, and sage. Vetiver and orange flower comprise the dry down. Very Sexy...yes he is!

A sweet spin on an old favorite.  Our Body Cookies are a solid lotion bar, yep you read that right, solid lotion in the shape of a sweet lil cookie! No more lotion spilling in your purse or luggage and these are perfect for air travel!  Sweet!  Made with ultra moisturizing shea butter your skin will thank you!  As always you get to pick your fragrance because it's all about sweet lil YOU!

These cookies couldn't be easier to use, simply take your cookie and gently rub your body paying close attention to areas that need extra moisturization such as elbows and feet.  The heat of your body magically makes these cookies melt right into your skin!  Once your done place your cookie back in your tin and enjoy your super soft skin! See, we told you it was easy!

Body Cookies comes packaged to you  in a silver shallow metal tin with a cupcake paper liner for ease of use.  Each weighs approximately 1 ounce.   Your cookie will melt if exposed to extreme warm temperatures, store your cookie in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight otherwise you could have a melted cookie and nobody wants that!

Blueberry Muffin	There is nothing like the smell of freshly baked blueberry muffins! With aromas of fresh, ripe blueberries intermingled with butter cake, vanilla, almond and just a hint of orange zest you'll drool for sure!
Blue Raspberry Slushie	Mmmmmmm sweet blue raspberry slushie just like you get at the movie theater! Sweet blue raspberries sprinkled with lots of sweet sugar! Slurp, slurp!
Carrot Cake	One of my favorite cakes, Carrot Cake! I absolutely love the aromas of a buttery spice blended with hints of peach, coconut, carrots, cinnamon and warm vanilla.
Cherry Vanilla	Ripe, juicy cherries intermingled with creamy vanilla ice cream! Can you say yum?!
Coffee Caramel Cream	If you’re a java lover like myself you will love, love, love this fragrance! Aromas of freshly brewed coffee with sweet caramel cream stirred in! Make that a large cup-o-joe please!

Juniper Breeze	A sparkling invigorating bouquet of fresh evergreen intermingled with juniper berry.
Oatmeal Cookie	I love cookies and oatmeal cookies are one of my favorites with aromas of spice cookie, oatmeal, cinnamon, vanilla and sweet cream you'll want two!
Orange Danish	With aromas of freshly baked danish intermingled with orange zest and drizzled with with cream frosting you are gonna love this fragrance!
Orange Vanilla	Sweet juicy oranges intermingled with creamy vanilla.
Orange Honey	Freshly bloomed orange blossoms kissed with honey, this is a delighful scent.
Pecan Pie	Ooey Gooey Pecan Pie, one of my absolute favorites! Rest assured our pecan pie isn't ooey or gooey but it does smell delightfully yummy!  With aromas of fresh pecans, brown sugar and molasses kissed with a hint of vanilla you'll swear it's the real thing!
Peppermint Stick	The smell of pure peppermint sprinkled with sugar! Sweet!
Strawberries & Champagne	Luscious strawberries intermingled with a hint of grape topped off with nose tingling bubbly champagne.
Warm Vanilla Sugar	A delightful combination of brown sugar, sweet creamy vanilla with a soft hint of musk.
